1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Label-Amsterdam, located at Van Alphenstraat 107, 2274NE, The Netherlands. 1.2 By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. 1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if confirmed in writing by Label-Amsterdam.

2. Offers and Agreements.

2.1 All offers of Label-Amsterdam are without engagement and can be revoked at any time. 2.2 An agreement is concluded when your order is confirmed by Label-Amsterdam by e-mail.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices stated are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. 3.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods indicated on the website. 3.3 Label-Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information before accepting an order.

4. Delivery

4.1 Label-Amsterdam strives to deliver orders as soon as possible. However, delivery times are indicative and may vary. 4.2 Delivery will be made to the address provided by you. 4.3 The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 You have the right to rescind the contract without giving reasons within 100 days of receiving the products. 5.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service department at labelamsta@gmail.com. 5.3 The products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer. 5.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, Label-Amsterdam will refund the purchase price within 5-10 business days.

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1 Label-Amsterdam guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications mentioned in the offer. 6.2 If you have a complaint about a product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.

7. Liability

7.1 Label-Amsterdam is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits. 7.2 Label-Amsterdam's liability is limited to the amount of the purchase of the product concerned.

8. Privacy

8.1 Label-Amsterdam respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Applicable Law

9.1 All legal relationships to which Label-Amsterdam is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 9.2 Disputes are preferably resolved in mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
