2. Condition of the Product: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Steps for Returns:

2. Return Instructions Received: Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return instructions and a return label.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the product carefully in the original packaging and enclose the proof of purchase. Attach the return label and take the package to the designated shipping point.

Reimbursement:

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, the full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchange:
